Built on the same values and backed by the same operational infrastructure, Cyco was purpose-built to serve the Harley-Davidson and Powersports aftermarket.

Our Arkadelphia facility is the backbone of our business — the central hub for all shipping, receiving, inventory, and production activities.
Our Michigan and Texas offices are home to our customer service and sales team — a knowledgeable group with over 30 years of experience with Cyco specifically.

By operating alongside U.S. Seal, Cyco benefits from economies of scale that allow us to deliver genuinely competitive pricing without compromising on quality. Our Arkadelphia facility — shared between both brands — represents over 100,000 sq ft of operational capacity built over decades.

Over 30 years ago, we partnered with a Taiwanese valve stem seal manufacturer operating out of a small garage facility. Together, we've grown that relationship into the top valve stem seal supplier in the world. That unwavering commitment to quality — and to each other — is the foundation everything else is built on.
From there, we continued developing key strategic exclusive partnerships across our entire product line — gaskets (20+ year exclusive partnership), valves, lifters, push rods, and more. Every product line we carry is backed by a long-term relationship built on trust, consistency, and shared standards.

We visit our manufacturing partners on a yearly to bi-yearly basis to audit practices, verify consistency, review material certifications, and ensure quality standards are being upheld at every level of the supply chain.

Hitachi XMET8000 Smart — Our XRF analyzer gives us instant, precise material composition analysis. Every alloy, every batch — verified against spec before it ever reaches a customer.
Hardness Verification
Rockwell Hardness Testing — We verify material hardness on incoming parts to confirm they meet the mechanical requirements for the application. No guesswork, no assumptions.
Precision Measurement
Dimensional Gauging & CMM — We use a range of precision measurement gauges to confirm dimensional accuracy, with a new Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) coming soon to take our inspection capabilities even further.
Supply Chain Transparency
Material Certifications — We track material certs and sourcing documentation throughout the supply chain. We know where every material comes from and can verify it on demand.

Paul and Kari Murphy, owners and founders of Cyco since 2006, are entrepreneurs who have built their business on hard work, sacrifice, and a hands-on approach. As a married team, they have dedicated themselves to every aspect of the company — fostering deep relationships with their customers through unwavering commitment and loyalty. Their passion and persistence have made Cyco a trusted name, with a legacy rooted in family values and a relentless focus on quality and service.
The Murphys are now passing the company down to their children, who have been working in the business for over 10 years and are carrying forward the same values and standards that built it.
