Shipping Carriers We Use

We ship most orders via:

  • UPS (Ground & Air)
  • USPS (Standard & Priority Mail)

For freight shipments, we use:

  • FedEx
  • Southwestern
  • Old Dominion

 

Using Your Own Shipping Account

If you prefer to ship using your own carrier and account (freight collect), we’re happy to accommodate. However, please note:

Cyco is not liable for any in-transit damages when freight is shipped collect using a customer’s carrier account.

We recommend inspecting shipments upon arrival and filing claims directly with your carrier if needed.

 

Need It Fast?

For expedited shipping, please place your order before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) to qualify for same-day shipping.

Orders placed after 3 PM ET will ship the next business day.

 

After Your Order Ships

Once your order has been processed and shipped:

  • A packing list will be included in the physical package
  • An invoice will be emailed to the address we have on file
  • Tracking details will appear:

 

    • At the bottom of your invoice email
    • In your online account (if you have one)
