Using Your Own Carrier Account
If you prefer to ship freight collect using your own carrier account, we're happy to accommodate. Just provide your account details when placing your order and we'll arrange the shipment accordingly.
Important: When freight is shipped using a customer's own carrier account, Cyco is not liable for any in-transit damage. We recommend inspecting all shipments upon arrival and filing any damage claims directly with your carrier.
Need It Fast? Same-Day Shipping
We offer same-day shipping on expedited orders. To qualify, your order must be placed before the daily cutoff time.
What Happens After Your Order Ships
Once your order has been processed and shipped, here's what to expect:
A packing list will be included inside the physical package
An invoice will be emailed to the address we have on file for your account
Tracking details will appear at the bottom of your invoice email and within your online account under My Orders
Need to update your email address? If the email we have on file is outdated, contact us at processing@cycogasket.com and we'll update it for you. This ensures your invoices and tracking info reach the right inbox.
Tracking from your account. If you have an online account, you can view your tracking number and order status any time by going to My Account → My Orders → View Order. See our Tracking & Invoices article for a full walkthrough.
