Parts Warranty & Disclaimer

All products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the invoice date. This warranty guarantees the product is free from material or workmanship defects.

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Products that have been modified, misused, or installed in high-performance or non-standard applications.
  • Failures caused by contaminants (e.g., engine debris or deteriorated components).
  • Vehicles altered beyond their original design or intended use.

If a product is found to be defective:

  1. Return it using one of our 3 return instructions.
  1. Then send it back prepaid.
  1. If confirmed the defect, we will either:
    • Replace the product, or
    • Refund the original purchase price (at our discretion).

This warranty covers the replacement of the part only. We are not responsible for labor, lost profits, or other consequential damage.

This limited warranty replaces any other warranties, whether express or implied (including merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose), except for title. All implied warranties are limited to one-year term.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

We ship all online orders via UPS & USPS only.

UPS does NOT deliver to PO Boxes.

Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST on weekdays (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day.

 

Return Procedure

You have three options to process a return:

1. Online Returns (Recommended for Online Orders)

Submit your return through our Return Center.

2. Use the Return Form Included With Your Order

Your original pack list includes a Return Form.

Please fill it out completely and include it inside your return package.

3. Request Return Paperwork

Call 800-777-6974 or email [[email protected]] to request the required Return Request paperwork.

You must include this paperwork inside your return package.

 

Important Return Requirements

  • DO NOT ship product back without the required paperwork.

Returns sent without paperwork will be significantly delayed.

  • Report any shortages within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Return shipping is covered only if the issue was due to our error.
  • Warranty covers replacement of the part only — labor or any other costs are not covered.

 

Ordering

To order online, you must create an account.

Accounts cannot be created directly — we set them up to apply your correct pricing.

All parts must be installed by a qualified mechanic on stock applications only.

Warranty is void if installed on modified or performance-altered vehicles.

 

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

  • All website orders must be paid by credit card or PayPal, unless you have an open account with us (select “Check/Money Order” or “Purchase Order” during checkout). In order to make an open order on the website it must be over a certain amount ($400-$500). If you are interested in an open account, call us!
  • If you do not enter your credit card or use PayPal and you do not have an Open account with us, your order will be cancelled.
  • Minimum Order of $35 or there will be a $5 handling fee.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

 

 

Viewing Orders

Log in to your account, click My Account, then go to My Orders to view past orders and tracking information.

 

Updating Account Information

If your account information is outdated or incorrect, you can:

  • Edit it in your online account
