What's Covered
All Cyco products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of invoice. This warranty guarantees that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and application.
What's covered: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If the product fails as a result of something we did — how it was made or what it was made from — the warranty applies.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to failures or damage caused by circumstances outside of normal use. The following are excluded:
Modification, misuse, or non-standard applications — Products that have been modified, misused, or installed in high-performance or non-standard applications not covered by the original product specification.
Contamination-related failures — Failures caused by contaminants such as engine debris, deteriorated components, or other foreign material introduced during or after installation.
Vehicles altered beyond original design — Products installed in vehicles that have been modified beyond their original design intent or intended use.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe a product is defective, follow these steps to submit your claim:

Initiate a Return
Use one of our three return methods to start the process. See our Order / Shipment Issue article for return instructions.

Send the Product Back Prepaid
Ship the item back to us with prepaid postage. Include any relevant documentation so our team can review the claim efficiently.

Our Team Reviews the Defect
Once received, our team will inspect the product and determine whether the defect falls within the terms of this warranty.

Resolution Issued
If the defect is confirmed, we will issue one of the two resolutions below at our discretion.
Warranty Resolutions
If a defect is confirmed, we will resolve the claim in one of two ways — at our discretion:
Replace the Product
We'll send you a replacement part at no charge.
Refund the Purchase Price
We'll refund the original invoice price of the defective part.
Parts only. This warranty covers replacement of the part itself. We are not responsible for labor costs, lost profits, downtime, or any other consequential or incidental damages arising from a product defect.
Warranty Terms & Limitations
The following legal terms apply to this limited warranty:
This 1-year limited warranty replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose — except for title. All implied warranties are limited to a one-year term consistent with this warranty.
Cyco's liability under this warranty is limited solely to the replacement of the defective part or refund of the original purchase price, at Cyco's discretion. Cyco shall not be liable for any labor, installation costs, loss of use, lost profits, or any other direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
