How to Return an Item
You have two ways to process a return. Choose whichever works best for you — just make sure the required paperwork is included before you ship anything back.
Your Two Return Options

Online Return Request
Submit your return directly through your account on cycogasket.com. Our team will review your request and respond to the email address on file.

Log into your account and go to My Account

Click RMA in the left-side navigation pane

Select Request New RMA and complete the form
Once submitted, our team will review your request and be in touch with next steps.

Return Form Included With Your Order
Your original packing list includes a Return Form. This is the quickest option if you already have the paperwork from your shipment.

Locate the Return Form included in your original packing list

Complete the form fully — all fields are required

Place the completed form inside the return package with the item
4
Ship the package to the return address below
Important Return Requirements
Do not ship product back without the required paperwork. Returns received without paperwork will be significantly delayed. Always include either your completed Return Form or your approved RMA documentation before sending anything back.
