How This Policy Works
If a return is due to our error — such as a defective item or an incorrect item shipped by us — no restocking fee applies. This policy applies to returns where the part was ordered incorrectly or is no longer needed through no fault of ours.
In those cases, whether a restocking fee applies depends on the condition of the item and how soon the return is initiated.

How the Fee Is Calculated
When a restocking fee applies, it is calculated as 15% of the purchase price, with a $15 minimum — whichever is greater.

Why a minimum fee? Even small returns require handling, inspection, and restocking. The $15 minimum covers those base costs fairly, while the 15% rate keeps fees proportional on larger orders.
