Step 1: Contact Us or Fill out the Return Form Included in Shipment paperwork!

1.    Please email our support team at:

Include the following information so we can assist you promptly:

  • Your company name
  • Invoice number or Order number
  • A list of the affected parts and quantities
  • A brief description of the issue (e.g., wrong item, damage, missing quantity)
  • Pictures of the incorrect or damaged parts. This is crucial as it helps us make a claim with our carriers and speeds up resolution.
  • Please note, if we shipped freight collect on your company’s account, we are not liable for in-transit damages.

 

2.    Fill out the Return form included in shipment paperwork, include within returned package, and we will process the request once received at our location.

 

Step 2: Internal Review by Our Operations Team

Once we receive your email or return paperwork, our operations team will:

  • Investigate the issue internally
  • Confirm any discrepancies or damage
  • Determine the appropriate next steps

 

Step 3: Credit or Replacement

After the case has been reviewed, we will:

  • Issue a credit to your account, or
  • Send a replacement part at no cost

If we shorted your shipment and you need the parts urgently, we’ll ship the missing items via free expedited shipping to ensure you receive them on time.
