How It Works
The Cyco Rewards Program is our way of saying thanks for your continued business. Every time you place a qualifying order, you earn points automatically — no sign-ups, no hoops to jump through. When you've got enough, you spend them like cash at checkout.
Earning Points
Points are earned automatically on qualifying purchases — you don't need to do anything to activate them. Once your order is placed and processed, the points show up in your account ready to use.
Redeeming Your Points
Using your points is just as easy as earning them. When you're ready to checkout, you'll see the option to apply your available points balance directly to your order — just like cash off the total.
Points Expiration
Reward points are valid for 60 days from the date they're earned. This keeps the program active and ensures the benefits go to our most engaged customers. Points earned on different orders each have their own 60-day clock, so it's worth keeping an eye on your balance if you don't order frequently.

Where can I see my points balance?
Log into your account at cycogasket.com and go to My Account > Rewards. You'll see your current available balance, a history of points earned and spent, and the expiry date for each batch of points.
Do points expire if I place an order before the 60 days is up?
Points expiry is tied to when they were earned, not when you last ordered. Each batch of points has its own 60-day window from the date of the originating purchase. Placing a new order earns you a fresh batch of points with their own expiry — but it doesn't reset the clock on older points.
Can I use points on any order?
Points can be applied to most orders at checkout, as long as your balance is at least 10 points ($10 value). Some specific products or order types may be excluded. If you hit an issue at checkout, contact our support team and we'll sort it out.
Can I combine points with other discounts or promo codes?
Points can generally be used alongside other promotions, but this depends on the specific offer. If a promotion excludes rewards points, it'll be noted in the offer details. When in doubt, get in touch and we'll confirm what applies to your order.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
If an order is refunded, the points earned on that purchase will be removed from your balance. If you used points to pay for part of the order, those points are reinstated as part of the refund process. Any points that had already expired at the time of the return cannot be reinstated.
I didn't receive a points expiry reminder — what should I do?
Reminder emails are sent to customers who are opted in to email notifications. Check your account settings under My Account > Notifications to make sure you're opted in. Also check your spam or junk folder — our emails occasionally end up there. If you think something's gone wrong, contact our team and we'll take a look.
Can my points be transferred or gifted to someone else?
Points are tied to your individual account and cannot be transferred, gifted, or combined with another account's balance.
