What Is the Partner Program?
Pretty simple, really. When one of your customers buys from Cyco using your unique link or promo code, you earn a commission on their order. It doesn't matter how you shared it — whether that's a YouTube video, an Instagram post, a conversation at the counter, or a link in an email. If they used your code or clicked your link, you get paid.
Your earnings can either be withdrawn to PayPal as cash, or applied as store credit toward your own next order with us. Your call.
How Much Do You Earn?
Your commission rate is confirmed by our team when they review your application — so you'll know exactly what you're earning before you start. Commission is calculated on the order subtotal (product value before tax and shipping) and lands in your balance once the order's been paid and the short hold period clears.
Your Customers Get $10 Off Too
Here's the part that makes your code actually worth sharing. When a customer uses your promo code at checkout, they get $10 off any order over $100 — automatically, no hassle. You don't need to do a thing.
This means instead of asking someone to type a code as a favour to you, you get to say: "Use my code and grab $10 off your order." That's something people will actually do.

How to Share Your Code
When you're approved you'll get two things: a tracking link for clickable platforms like YouTube descriptions and emails, and a personal promo code for anywhere you need to say it out loud or put it in print. Both track your commissions exactly the same way — just use whichever makes sense for where you're sharing.
Getting Paid — Your Two Options
Once your balance hits $50, you can request a payout whenever you like. Just go to My Account > Partner Program > Request Withdrawal and pick how you want it:
Option 1 — Store Credit
Convert your balance straight to store credit and knock it off your next Cyco order. It's the fastest option — once we approve it, the credit's on your account immediately and ready to use at checkout.
Option 2 — PayPal Cash
Prefer actual cash? We'll send it to your PayPal. Just make sure your PayPal email is saved in your affiliate profile under My Account > Partner Program > My Profile before you request. We process these manually, so allow 2–3 business days for it to land.

Who is eligible to join the Partner Program?
Just submit an application and our team will review your eligibility and come back to you within 1 business day. We assess each application individually, so if you're unsure whether you qualify, go ahead and apply — we'll let you know either way.
How does tracking work — what if my customer doesn't buy straight away?
When someone clicks your tracking link, a 90-day cookie is saved on their browser. If they come back and order any time within those 90 days — without clicking a different affiliate's link — you still get the commission. And if they use your promo code at checkout, it tracks regardless of device or browser.
Does my customer need to enter a code, or does the link handle it automatically?
Both work, but in different situations. If they click your tracking link, commission is tracked automatically behind the scenes — no code needed at checkout. If they find the site another way (Google, typing the URL directly, etc.), they'll need to enter your promo code at checkout for both the commission and the $10 discount to apply.
For in-person referrals or social media posts where people can't click a link, always give them the promo code.
What happens if a referred order gets refunded or cancelled?
If an order you referred gets cancelled or refunded, the commission for that order is reversed automatically. If it was still pending (within the 7-day hold), it just gets cancelled. If it had already cleared into your available balance, it'll be deducted from there. You'll be able to see everything in your commission history.
Can the $10 discount be combined with other offers?
No — the affiliate promo code can't be stacked with other discount codes. It works on its own. That said, site-wide sale prices and product discounts still apply as normal — the restriction is just on combining it with a second coupon code at checkout.
Can I refer other businesses to become affiliates too?
The program is single-level — you earn on orders from the customers you refer directly. There's no multi-level structure, so you don't earn commission on what other affiliates do.
How do I keep track of my earnings and clicks?
Everything's in your account under My Account > Partner Program. You'll see your pending and available balance, a full list of every referred order and commission earned, how many clicks your link's had versus how many converted to orders, and the withdrawal button once you hit $50.
How long does approval take after I apply?
We review every application ourselves, so it's not instant — but it's fast. Most applicants hear back within 1 business day. You'll get an email with your tracking link and promo code the moment you're approved, and you can start sharing right away.
