Flynn Murphy has been with Cyco Gaskets since 2013 and now serves as CEO, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a sharp focus on sales and new product development. As the son of founders Paul and Kari Murphy, he is deeply committed to advancing the family business while honoring its legacy. His passion for innovation and growth drives the company forward, inspiring the team and expanding Cyco Gasket’s offerings to meet evolving customer needs.

Brenna Murphy has been with Cyco Gaskets since 2021 and serves as COO, bringing energy, passion, and a deep commitment to the company and her team. As the daughter of founders Paul and Kari Murphy, she is proud to carry forward the family’s legacy while fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Her leadership focuses on operational excellence, empowering the team, and driving the company toward continued growth and success.

Nora Schef has been with Cyco Gasket since 2009, working in Customer Service and Accounts Receivable. Known for her polite demeanor, sharp sense of humor, and keen attention to detail, Nora consistently goes the extra mile to make customers happy. She’s also the proud “mother” of Chupa, the beloved Michigan warehouse cat, adding a personal touch to the workplace that reflects her warm and caring nature.

Dawn Johnson has been with Cyco Gaskets since 2010, where she excels in Customer Service, Sales, and Research & Development. Known for her contagious laugh and love for helping customers, Dawn brings a wealth of knowledge about Harley Davidson products and technical needs to every interaction. Her passion for providing exceptional service and her expertise make her an invaluable resource for customers, ensuring they receive the support they need while fostering strong relationships within the community.

Sean Demeniuk has been with Cyco Gaskets since 2008, where he plays a vital role in Customer Service and Sales. Known for his polite and friendly demeanor, Sean combines his IT savvy with a wealth of knowledge about Harley Davidson parts to provide exceptional support to customers. His dedication to understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions has made him an invaluable resource, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and expertise in the industry.

Charity Shepherd has been with Cyco Gaskets since 2020, serving as Warehouse Manager. A hard-working, detail-oriented leader, Charity thrives on staying organized and constantly on the move to keep operations running smoothly. Known for her strength, creativity, and “yes-man” attitude, she tackles challenges with enthusiasm and leads by example. As a proud mom of two girls, Charity balances her roles with grace, embodying the spirit of a true boss woman and ensuring the success of her team every day.

Patrick King has been with Cyco Gaskets since 2007, serving as Warehouse Supervisor. Known for his hard work and reliability, Patrick thrives in hands-on roles, always staying on the move to ensure every task is completed efficiently and correctly. His passion for doing the job right, combined with his organizational skills and team-oriented mindset, makes him an essential part of the company’s operations. A dedicated leader, Patrick’s commitment to excellence helps keep the warehouse running smoothly and ensures the success of the entire team.

Becka Chamberlain has been with Cyco Gaskets since 2020 and is an incredibly well-rounded team member. Whether it’s invoicing, managing production orders, scheduling freight, or taking photos for the website and social media, Becka can be counted on to handle any task that comes her way. Her tech-savviness and versatility make her an essential part of the company, playing a vital role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Sam Shepherd joined Cyco Gaskets full-time in early 2024 after working part-time with the team since 2022. Specializing in handling freight orders, Sam is known for his attention to detail and pride in his work. A true jack-of-all-trades, he excels in various roles—from serving as a technician for warehouse machinery and improving infrastructure to acting as the building’s go-to licensed electrician. Sam isn’t afraid to tackle tough, dirty jobs and enjoys doing them. His expertise extends beyond the warehouse, with impressive knowledge of engines, making him an invaluable asset both mentally and physically. Sam is also a proud dog owner and really wanted his picture taken with his beloved dog, Ricky.

Cory Morrison has been a key member of the Cyco Gasket  team since 2021, working in Quality Control and Processing. With over 10 years of warehouse experience, Cory is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of warehouse operations and quality control. Known for his exceptional attention to detail, patience, and friendly demeanor, he ensures that every process runs smoothly and meets the highest standards. Cory’s dedication is unmatched—he’s the first to arrive at the warehouse and the last to leave, making him an invaluable and reliable part of the team.

Charles Chamberlain joined the Cyco Gasket team in mid-2024 as a Pick & Packer, bringing a hands-on approach to every task. Known for his energy and dedication, Charles thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys staying active to get the job done efficiently. A true team player, he works well with others and is always ready to contribute wherever needed, making him an asset to the team.
